CEET

The Center for Ecology and Environmental Technology (CEET), located about 6 miles from ULL campus, supports research, education, and community outreach in ecology and environmental biology, with an emphasis on sustainable resources and energy. 

CEET clients research the ecology of native and invasive flora and fauna and the impacts of environmental stress on ecological communities. CEET's education efforts are dedicated to training undergraduate and graduate students in ecology and environmental biology through structured classes, independent projects, and hands-on field and lab studies. Their goals are to elevate social awareness about Louisiana's natural resources and to support public education and involvement in environmental issues.
